• Each player will be checked in use our BLAZERS HEALTH SCREENING FORM

• Enter 20 minutes before your session to bench area designated

• Must Wear a mask at all times when inside our rink and social distance

• No Hockey Bags Inside: Arrive partially dressed in equipment (except skates, gloves, helmet) when possible

•Take your player’s temperature entering the rink.

•If your player has a fever greater than 100 degrees keep them at home

• If you as a parent, coach, or manager are sick, stay at home

• Maintain six feet of distance from others whenever possible

• Respect the health and safety policies outlined by our rink and organization

• Set expectations with your player about locker room behavior, including distancing

• Do not share equipment or water bottles
